All orders are carefully packaged to protect the rug during transit. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

• International Orders: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures for international shipments. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
